The Grand Opening will be at 4:30 pm at 727 West Main Street in El Centro. The Family Justice Center is the co-location of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals who work together in one, centralized location to provide coordinated services to victims of family violence. The basic partners of the team include police officers, prosecutors and community-based advocates. The local Family Justice Center is based on the Center in San Diego, that opened in 2002. The Center has been identified as a best practice in the field of domestic violence intervention and prevention services.
